Mainland U.S. : Starting at $6.00*

Hawaii, Alaska & other U.S. territories: $4.80*

Canada: $25*

Goal is to have orders fulfilled within 5-7 days before being shipped, depending on order queues.

RETURNS

As The Draw and Leopard Boutique Online is a small business, please note that each custom product is handmade, therefore there will be some slight variations in size and color. Making each one unique in its own way. We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the handmade of these items, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom made after paid

• Opened or Worn items

• Mystery, Sale or Clearance

 If any defective piece of custom products made in delivery, you will need to email Loree@thedrawandleopardshop.com, take a picture and you will get an answer to approve to return or not. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date and give a store credit The items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for for items that are considered lost, missing, misdelivered, or stolen. We recommend purchasing shipping with tracking to keep an eye on the progress of your package. If you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office and report a lost package claim.
